1Who is the data controller?

2What are cookies and why do we use them?
Cookies are small text files saved to your device through your browser when you visit a website. They may be used to keep the site secure and functioning properly, to remember your preferences, and, only if you give consent, to improve the site.
On our site, essential cookies always run. Analytics and external content cookies are activated only with your explicit consent; if you do not consent, no statistics are collected and no third-party content is loaded.
3Which personal data do we process and why?
- Quote and contact form: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. This is collected when you voluntarily fill out the form and is used only to respond to your request and to carry out the survey and quote process. In addition, your IP address and the time of submission are recorded at the time of submission to prevent abuse.
- Chat assistant: our assistant is not connected to any external artificial intelligence service; what you type is answered within our site. Questions the assistant cannot answer may be recorded without any identifying information for improvement purposes. Please do not enter personal information in the chat box.
- Technical logs: as with almost every website, standard logs such as IP address, browser information, and access time are created on the server for security and troubleshooting purposes.
- WhatsApp and phone: when you click the WhatsApp button or the phone number, the communication takes place under the privacy terms of the relevant application and independently of our site.
Data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK), namely "the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right," "the establishment or performance of a contract," and (for analytics) "explicit consent"; it is retained for the statutory retention periods after your request has been concluded.

Our site's fonts are served from our own server; therefore, no requests are sent to third-party servers such as Google for fonts. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers that follow you outside the site.
5How do you manage your preferences?
You can choose your cookie preferences from the notice that appears when you first visit our site. You can change or withdraw your preference at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect the operation of some parts of the site, such as forms.
6Who is your data shared with?
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only with our hosting and email infrastructure providers when necessary for providing the service, and with authorized authorities where there is a legal obligation.
7Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result that arises against you from the exclusive analysis of your data by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
